I took another stab at this and with the little patch from Phil
Stracchino the compilation now works ... mostly.

Right now the same problems Phil encounters in the end of
https://sourceforge.net/p/bacula/mailman/message/36219348/ are also
happening here: /usr/sbin/bat is just the temporary libtool wrapper
instead of the finished binary.

I will try and decipher what Gentoo did to fix this. So far my work is
in the qt5 branch.
