[Pkg-bazaar-maint] RM: bzr-rewrite -- ROM; FTBFS, no upstream maintainer

Please remove the bzr-rewrite package from unstable. It is no longer
maintained upstream or in Debian (#669009) and has relatively few users. As of
recently it also FTBFS.

The package in conjunction with which bzr-rewrite was most useful, bzr-svn,
has itself also been removed recently.
