As is normal for clamav, we need to update it.  In addition, we've been doing
significant work on modernizing and improving the package.  The closes line

Due to upstream issues, we've had quite a bit of time to test out the improved
packages and I'm confident the changes are low risk for Wheezy (and keeping a
forked version for Wheezy isn't something we have resources for anyway).

The package is ready for upload.  It should be in testing in a few days.  I
can upload now or wait for the migration as you prefer.
