It would be good if you would ask them to mark the bug public so we can see 
it.  They make bugs private by default.

I looked in the upstream git and I didn't see anything committed on April 15th 
that obviously related to clamscan.

The subsequent releases from clamav have had a number of regressions and we're 
waiting on the 0.98.4 release to see if they have been resolved before 
updating Wheezy.  If we knew exactly what the issue/fix was, we could perhaps 
do a stable update with just that patch in the meantime.
