Ah, it was hold back mostlikely because it now needs additional
dependency on libmspack for instance so upgrade won't do it,
dist-upgrade is now required.

So with the change I made now, people in your position should have
everything hold back and get freshclam & friends upgraded once
libmspack6 is also upgraded as well.

Hey, your bug reported deserves the severity serious and this is
something that deserves to be pushed to jessie during the freeze we have
now.
