You might have both installed, but I don't think it's possible to use 
both at the same time, because systemd-shim is supposed to do nothing, 
if systemd is PID 1.

The sysv init script uses the PID file to track the freshclam daemon. 
Under systemd, freshclam is run in foreground mode and thus systemd 
doesn't need a PID file to track freshclam.
