He was given the sum of $15,000,000,000.00 (Fifteen Billion United States Dollars) to procure the arms, which he didn't procure.
 Nigeria being a corrupt country and her citizens also, he didn 19t procure the arms, rather he took the money and deposited it in a bank here in London, under the custody of the UKFIU. Now he has been arrested by the EFCC in Nigeria, and he is presently in prison for stealing government fund. Since he is in prison, I and my deputy insist that we get a trustworthy person that the funds will be transferred to, and then we can share the funds according to agreement.
