Debian Clojure team pre-freeze updates

Hey Elana,

I joined the list in case I can be of future informational service to you.
The spec.alpha and core.specs.alpha updates should be backwards-compatible
(work with Clojure 1.9), with the caveat that they do have some error
reporting differences that combine with things in 1.10 but can be less good
with 1.9.

Also, FYI - there are a couple of things I'm hoping to change in
tools.deps.alpha that should reduce the number of deps in the future,
although I have no timeline on when I'll get around to that stuff.
