Dear Maintainer(s),

Could you please consider an upload of the latest cryptsetup to
bullseye-backports?

We are enabling the tokens plugins in systemd [0], which require at
least 2.4.0. We often upload systemd to backports, so it would be
useful to have a newer cryptsetup there too, so that we don't have to
disable it again.

I am happy to do an NMU to backports if you lack the time to take care
of it.

Thanks!
