[Pkg-e-devel] EFL 1.7.0

Dear Pkg-E Maintainers,

I did package the latest release of the EFL + the newest E17 snapshot,
as I needed it for my own needs.

I did it using git buildpackge, based upon your pkg-e git trees.
I'm very new to debian packaging, so the packages may not be very
elegant. If you're interested please go ahead, review my work and use it
to update the real Debian packages.

All my work (git trees) are hostet on github as debian-<component>:
