there seems to be some breakage here.

efl_1.20.7-3_amd64.changes introduces zero new components over either
1.20.7-2 (unstable) or 1.20.7-1 (was in experimental).

I first tried a sourceonly NMU which was rejected [1]

and now the complete uploaded ended up in NEW. Could you please unbreak
this?

I suspect the archive software tripped itself by removing 1.20.7-1
while 1.20.7-2 FTBFS (due to meson breakage).
