Hello,

the docs should already reflect the current behavior.

README already says that exim supports incoming opportunistic TLS by using
on-connect autogenerated self-signed certificates unless MAIN_TLS_ENABLE
set.

However later on the sentence "After this configuration, Exim will …" is
misleading - I will drop the "After this configuration" at the start
of the sentence.
