[pymvpa] Import problem after updating system

yes -- sorry, there was refactoring in nipy which managed to affect
pymvpa. it is fixed in pymvpa GIT ...
meanwhile -- are you using Nipy? then you could simply temporarily
uninstall it, or just edit your ~/.pymvpa.cfg and place
[externals]
have nipy = no
have nipy.neurospin = no
to disable that single function we take from nipy atm ;)
