Bug#495966: openarena: includes literal copy of libjpeg

The openarena source ssems to include a literal copy of libjpeg.
Please don't use that code, but rather link the openarena binaries
against a libjpeg that is in the archive. 
Besides saving a bit of space in the archive, this will make the life
of the security team a bit easier.
