Unfortunately PysolFC is severely outdated in Debian. PysolFC not running with Python 3.10 has been fixed in 2.14, the current version is 2.15. The Debian package hasn't seen updates since two years ago, and now it's broken. Please update to 2.15 a.s.a.p.!
