this is fixed since the upload of 8.6.90-1 to unstable.
As this version isn't visible in Ubuntu (even in disco) I can judge
about the situation on launchpad, do we still need some investigation here?

The adjustment for the systemd unit file is currently done within the
install sequencer file for kopano-spamd.
And yes, we don't have libsystemd-dev as a build dependency (yet?).
Sounds interesting, is this something we should forward to upstream?. Do
you have an example how to use this package usefully in kopanocore?
