Ok, I'm configuring LabPlot now with CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/include/ImageMagick which 
works well. Also the built with the new libaries passed without problems!

BTW, I don't think that adding the new library names as alternative 
build-dependecies (as done for xine-lib[1]) would work. IIRC sbuild on our 
buildds can't handle alternative build-dependencies. But maybe this has 
changed in the meantime.
