I do. This:

is breaking libsndfile, presumably by being older than the version of 
libmp3lame provided by Debian in /usr/lib that it needs:

>error: undefined symbol: lame_encode_buffer_interleaved_int (fatal)

and that's breaking SDL3, which breaks sdl2-compat, which breaks GIMP.

(But after fixing that, you might well find that something else in 
/usr/local/lib is also interfering.)

As jbicha said, the libraries you have in /usr/local/lib make this 
unsupportable.
