 Wether you're using gnome or gtk apps outside of gnome, keybindings in
 gtk widgets are configurable.  Gtk does not restrict to unix systems,
 and hence can not ship with a default satisfying everybody.
   Since #170037 is about warning of this change when installing
 libgtk2, I'm merging the two reports.
