I've updated this morning with aptitude.

Looking at those packages in aptitude they are present, but marked=20
"unpacked".

Something went bad while I was installing and there was an out of memory=20
condition during the upgrade, so the machine died.

Probably it had not finished to install the new packages yet, because a=20
=ABdpkg --reconfigure -a=BB solved the problem and configured some other=20
packeges too.

The package was not been configured, so it had every reason to=20
complain... :)

Sorry for the noise. Now I have to close also the bug on pango... :)
