Bug#295901: gedit: please rebuild against aspell 0.60

The aspell 0.60 that entered unstable a couple of days ago is incompatible with the previous 0.55 release. The aspell
maintainer has already made NMU on all dictionary packages to rebuild them against aspell 0.60, so now applications
using aspell must be rebuilt too.
