Bug#669608: evince: unusable UI and crashes

My theme is Qt Curve.

Unfortunately, I do not remember how I configured GTK to use this theme
(changing the setting in "KDE configuration center > Appearence > GTK+
fonts and themes" does not change anything, even after restarting
evince), so I cannot tell if it comes from this theme.

I just tried with Nautilus, and it has the same UI bugs, without any
crash, through.
