Bug#821409: gtk+3.0: gtk3 apps seem to be graphically broken since the most recent updates

There was a rebuild of libreoffice and now things changed a bit...
The scrollbar, which was before completely grey (even the part that one
can move around) is now visible again.
When I move it (i.e. click hold and move) it gets blue and every place
where I move it over gets blue as well (i.e. there is no clearing).
When I release, then the movable part of the bar gets dark grey again,
but all other locations that were blue because of the above issue
remain so.

That doesn't happen in at least gedit, so maybe it's a libreoffice
specific bug?
