Bug#881540: Please package latest upstream version

Source: libepoxy
Version: 1.3.1-3
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

in gtk+3.0 we currently ship a patch, which is required to detect if we
have GLX support. Upstream solved that differently and implemented that
via libepoxy [2].
It would be nice if we could get rid of [1] and replace it with the much
smaller patches from [3] which landed upstream. That requires a newer
libepoxy though.
It would thus be great if you can package a version >= 1.4. The current
version seems to be 1.4.3.

Thanks for considering,

Michael
