Ran the complete day today, without restarts. But it appears to have 
happened after startup though:

Log starts here:
Jan 24 07:59:08 sonata systemd-modules-load[221]: Inserted module 'lp'

Logging in here, I think:
Jan 24 08:12:14 sonata /usr/lib/gdm3/gdm-x-session[1756]: 
localuser:manuel being added to access control list

Something going wrong here, fairly quickly after startup, before login:

$ sudo cat /var/log/syslog | grep Shell.desktop
Jan 24 07:59:11 sonata gnome-session[1243]: gnome-session-binary[1243]: 
WARNING: App 'org.gnome.Shell.desktop' exited with code 1
Jan 24 07:59:11 sonata gnome-session-binary[1243]: WARNING: App

Jan 24 07:59:11 sonata gnome-session-binary[1243]: Unrecoverable failure 
in required component org.gnome.Shell.desktop

This is the only thing I see in today's log regarding 'exited with code 1':
