Bug#1023011: secrets incompatible with pykeepass v4.0.1

In secrets v6.5, there is a call get_custom_property("otp").

This works ok in pykeepass v4.0.1. But in v4.0.3 this asserts to false.

Packaging secrets v7.0 would solve this issue.
