Bug#1027740: gnome-control-center: Automatic timezone does not function

Dear Maintainer,

Automatic timezone does not function at all, even though the location provider
is turned on. I travelled from Germany to Egypt and back to Germany, and the
timezone did not automatically change, not in Egypt nor in Germany.

Here is the terminal output:

$ gnome-control-center --verbose
