Hi,

Sorry to bother you, and excuse me for my bad English. I shall
make it brief, so I won't make any language mistakes. ;-)

But I wanted to let you know that the GIMP 2.10.34 package in the
Debian Bookworm repositories (2.10.34-1+deb12u3) is broken. It's
impossible to install. I tried it already with Synaptic and later
again with Apt via the terminal, but it just won't install and
leaves a broken install behind. See this screenshot from Synaptic
from my SparkyLinux installation on my HP netbook:
impossible on Debian and Debian related systems.

Is there a way this can be fixed? Right now I use an AppArmor
version of GIMP, but it's very slow on my old netbook computer.
And I always prefer the "normal" installation method.

I just wanted to let you know this. :-)
