System - Preferences - Screensaver: screensaver theme - blank regards the computer as idle after e.g. 1 minute activate screensaver when computer is idle - yes lock screen when screensaver is active - yes 2. play any movie in full screen mode (e.g in smplayer) Screensaver will start. I think, it's really annoying when watching movie and screensaver starts. I checked Ubuntu 9.10 and it worked fine.
