Thank you for the additional information. It looks like your problem
is that /usr/games/ is not in your PATH.

The games are installed to /usr/games/ per Debian Policy:

You reported this issue against the gnome-games metapackages which has
nothing to do with how PATH is set in KDE. I'm closing this issue.
