Hello macarthur inbody,

closing this for several reasons.

The issue is outdated.
Debian can't do anything about it, but if the issues persist in the 
latest version please report it to the upstream project instead: 
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/file-roller

The technical reason behind the observed behavior may be that ID3 tags 
specs in MP3 files do have several versions. Some tools do read the old 
ones only, some the new one, some both. Plesae check how file-roller 
behave today.
