<div id="part1" class="messageBodyContainer"><div class="messageBody">Dear Debian GNOME maintainers,<br><br>A certain Dawid Kulas closed <a href="http://bugs.debian.org/1130861," target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-mce-href="http://bugs.debian.org/1130861,">http://bugs.debian.org/1130861,</a> and the closure seems to have happened less professionally than usual. I don't know the user, and I failed to find a webpage saying that he would belong to the Debian GNOME team officially.<br><br>(I quote from <a href="https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer:" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-mce-href="https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer:">https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer:</a> “Normally, the only people that should close a bug report are the submitter of the bug and the maintainer(s) […]”)<br><br>There seems to have been an upload of gnome-calculator to unstable by a user called Dawid Kulas <a href="https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=sp9ska@op.pl)," target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-mce-href="https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=sp9ska@op.pl),">https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=sp9ska@op.pl),</a> but sp9ska@op.pl is different from an e-mail address used in <a href="http://bugs.debian.org/1130861#10" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-mce-href="http://bugs.debian.org/1130861#10">http://bugs.debian.org/1130861#10</a> .<br><br>I very much hope that I'm wrong about smelling something fishy here.<br><br>Please double-check this, and, if necessary, take appropriate action (reopen the bug report, remove the upload if it hasn't been properly vetted).<br><br>Best regards,<br>Peter<br></div></div>
