[Pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#503853: gnupg: Sometimes hangs on truncated binary input

Some additional info:

When I say "only hangs sometimes", I mean for particular inputs, not
each time I run "gpg --verify".  That is, when I generate foo and
truncate one byte, the result is sometimes just unparseable, and
sometimes results in a hang.

I've attached an example that works, but hangs when one byte is
truncated.
