[Pkg-gnupg-maint] What to do with Git commit emails?

Hey guys

Since I started working on the gpa Git repo I have recieved
"automated email from the git hooks/post-receive script" with the
commits, including this:

>You are not allowed to post to this mailing list, and your message has
>been automatically rejected. If you think that your messages are
>being rejected in error, contact the mailing list owner at
>pkg-gnupg-commit-owner at lists.alioth.debian.org.

Can I set it up so that my commits get emailed to pkg-gnupg-commit,
without needing to subscribe to the mailinglist? (So that those who are
interested in the commit-emails can get them, without me having to?)
Is it pkg-gnupg-commit-owner I need to mail?

In addition, is there an IRC-channel for pkg-gnupg?

/best regards
