Sorry. I think I should definitely get this package updated and into
shape.

I'll check upstream and update the packaging. We should probably put
this this under the gnupg maintainer's umbrella too, since y'all are
more connected with what's going on in gnupg land than I am. I was in
charge of it primarily for historical reasons, and until you pointed out
that upstream was updating it, I thought it had died upstream...
