[Pkg-gnupg-maint] IRC channel: #debian-gnupg on irc.oftc.net

hi pkg-gnupg folks-

I've just registered the #debian-gnupg channel on irc.oftc.net so we
have a place to chat in realtime.  I've updated
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/GnuPG to point to it as well.

A couple topics that might do well with some realtime interaction as we
figure out the major issues:

 * dirmngr transition -- how do we take over the package cleanly and
integrate it into GnuPG packaging?

 * /etc/alternatives transition -- can we do this safely before the freeze?

Any other debian/gnupg-related discussions are welcome too, of course.
