Hi Mark--

in https://bugs.debian.org/657130, you reported that you were unable to
select your smartcard reader using gnupg2.

Niibe followed up suggesting that you should try using
~/.gnupg/scdaemon.conf

Did you try Niibe's suggestion?  Please follow up to the bug report with
this information, so we can try to help you resolve the problem.
