[pkg-gnupg-maint] GnuPG packaging at DebConf15

Hi Debian GnuPG packagers--

I don't know if any of y'all will be at DebConf15, but i hope to be
there, and i would be happy to meet with you to work on any of the
packaging stuff we're discussing now.

I've just submitted two GnuPG-in-debian events:

  https://summit.debconf.org/debconf15/meeting/195/gnupg-in-debian-report/

Whether these events get officially accepted or not, we should try to
get together and do some sprinting.

It's possible that we'll get some participation from GnuPG upstream as
well at DC15, which would make the in-person work even more useful.
