that is indeed odd :) However, there are buildtime tests for everything
else (upstream has a plausible "make check"), so no autopkgcheck has
been put in place yet for that stuff.  This seems like a way to provide
effective testing without making the build-deps wildly different for
the "arch-independent" gpgv-win32 package depending on which platform
it's actually being built on.

i would welcome the submission of any reasonable runtime tests for the
rest of the package, though :)
