[pkg-gnupg-maint] Newcomer to Debian Dev and Interest in joining the team

Hi,

I have previously contributed to GNU and Coala Python, and now I'd like to
contribute to Debian. I'm quite new to Debian and it's development policies
and ways.

*I became interested in PGP/PKI Clean Room Project proposed by Daniel
Pocock on his blog*. I'm interested in fixing a few easy bugs, and putting
good amount of work in actually building something.

It'd be great if you guys could help me out and get started, so that even
newcomers like me will be able to contribute and develop the software in
the future :)
