thanks for pointing this out, you're absolutely right.  gpgv-static
should probably also be marked Multi-arch: foreign as well (though the
dependencies aren't as much of an issue there, since it's basically a
leaf package).

I'll make sure this happens in the next debian release.  sorry i missed
it for the upload of 2.2.0-1!
