Hello,

With debhelper 12, dh_installsystemduser is called during the build of
the package, that means that the .service and .socket files are enabled
by default (in /etc/systemd/user)

That also means that the static /usr/lib/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/
symlinks are now useless (and actually harmful as it will prevent the
user from completely disable the sockets if they want)

Please stop creating these symlinks
