[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#1022702: Debian GnuPG maintenance

Dear dkg,

I see you were active on Salsa not long ago, which is why I thought I'd try and reach out again.

A lot of people care about GnuPG in Debian and want to help, including me. The packages are in collaborative maintenance, but they're also key packages, so in all honesty folks are hesitant to make an upload without an acknowledgment from you. If you want to take a step back then we shall have an opportunity to learn, but otherwise we would love to have your expertise. Please respond.
