[Pkg-gnutls-maint] Bug#409778: Isn't this a libgcrypt bug?

I'm going over the gnutls bugs, but this one seems to be a clear
libgcrypt problem.  And it has been fixed in version 1.3.0.  Shouldn't
it be re-assigned to libgcrypt?
