I am undoing this change. wontfix essentially means that the maintainer
has looked at the issue/suggestion and decided that the suggestion won't
be implemented/issue won't be fixed. So by it is nature it should not be
changed by a non-maintainer without rationale.

I will look at this again on the weekend and decide /then/. I might give
it a spin in experimental but am not sure yet. guile (gnutls) just is a
lot more fragile than gnutls itself. I cannot have GnuTLS uploads being
stuck/prevented from migrating to testing because the guile bindings
fail (again).
