When using ratt, it attempts to call dose-ceve (from the dose-extra package)<br>
and if the binary is missing it falls back to interpreting the sources index<br>
itself.<br>

As such, I believe ratt should declare an optional dependency (Recommends or<br>
Suggests) on dose-extra; I believe Recommends would be appropriate as ratt<br>
has degraded functionality without it (as far as I understand).<br>
