Dear Maintainer,

Since golang-opentelemetry-contrib version 1.39.0-3 is already available
in unstable. And the package has Build-Conflicts:
golang-opentelemetry-contrib-dev (>> 1.39) that makes this package
FTBFS.

Please update the package to allow it builds.
