Bug#806257: Message when entering into some modules in Grass GIS GUI : 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 8: ordinal not in range(128)

After launching Grass GUI, and when I try to enter into some modules, I get
the following message : 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 8:
ordinal not in range(128). The problem is that I have not imported raster
or vector maps. I don't know if the problem comes from linguistic packages.
Anyways, the problem seems to concern Python language but I am not expert
in python.
