That's really pity, there are some of interesting features in GRASS
based on OpenMP, eg. nprocs parameter in v.surf.rst [1]. Could be
enabled at least on amd64 architecture?

To understand better, should be libomp-dev package in control file
replace by libgcc-7-dev?
