<p>Some updates: the problem was a missing 'return true' in a Ossim
source file, it has been fixed upstream, after 2.9.0 :

<p>Maybe you can backport it to 2.8.2.<br>

<p>On OTB side, a patch is needed to fix several missing 'std::', a
merge request is opened on develop:

backtrace.</p>
